Do you know the secure cycle your documents SHOULD take?

Step 1: Transportation

Your files and materials are transported to our off-site facility for destruction (or storage) in a locked truck. The transaction is recorded on a work order.

Once materials arrives, they can either be destroyed or stored...

Step 2: Option 1 - Destruction

The materials delivered to our facility are destroyed immediately. The manager supervises and certifies that:

  • The described materials have been received.
  • The materials are properly secured while awaiting destruction.
  • The materials have been destroyed.

Step 2: Option 2 - Storage

Boxes of confidential files are logged into our bar coding software and safely stored. Pick-up and same-day delivery are available.

When the boxes' stored life is up, notification is sent and the appropriate boxes are destroyed. No need to arrange for transportation; one call does it all.

Step 3: Certificate of Destruction

The copy of the completed "Certificate of Destruction" is notarized and returned with the testimonial of the manager.

Step 4: Recycling

The shredded material is baled and is recycled into new paper products.
