Destruction and Recycling of Confidential Records

We provide off-site destruction of your documents. East Alabama Shredding is fully bonded and insured and we issue a notarized certificated of destruction each time we are called. All of our estimates are free and we guarantee that all of your shredded documents and office paper will be recycled.

Security Collection Containers

We offer free use of our security collection containers for temporary storage pending destruction for routine daily, weekly, or monthly service. Quarterly or yearly purge service for your stored documents is also available. Our storage containers come as a beautiful cabinet to blend with the office furniture or as a cart on heavy duty casters. The containers come completely secure with a hasp lock assembly and you have a key for your convenience. They will hold from 5 to 56 cubic feet of material.

We can pick up your documents for shredding from your home or business and transport them, still locked, to our secure Auburn Alabama document shredding facility. Your documents and confidential materials will remain locked and secured in our facility. As soon as they are unlocked, they will be immediately destroyed in our shred machine which shreds to a level that there is no ability to recover the original document.

Record Storage

Record Storage is full service record management and consulting for retaining all your stored files. We are located in a business district of Auburn, Alabama, Lee County. Our facility's security system and our camera surveillance is of the latest technology and is monitored constantly. Express pickup and delivery service is available for your stored boxes and files. We can usually guarantee a file delivery within one to three hours in the East Alabama area and can quote timelines in other areas as needed.
